Online Registration
Register for Camp
We’re excited to welcome your camper to Big Sky Bible Camp. This page will walk you through what to know before you start, what to expect after you register, and how to get help if you need it.
Section 1
Overview
Registering is straightforward—and we want you to feel confident at every step. As you register, you’ll choose a camp session and provide important camper details so our team can care for your camper well. Then, before camp begins, you’ll use our “Coming to Camp” resources (packing lists, drop-off/pickup info, medication policy, and more) so you’re fully prepared.

Section 2
Before You Start
To make registration fast and accurate, gather these items first:
Camper details (legal name, grade/age, parent/guardian contact info)
Medical information and emergency details (needed for forms)
Medication information (if applicable) — important because medications are managed through the camp nurse and have specific requirements
Dietary needs (medically diagnosed only) — list allergies/restrictions during registration so the food services team can plan appropriately
Preferred session(s) (see Prices & Dates)
Payment method (a deposit is required to hold your camper’s spot, is non-refundable, and is included in the price of registration)
Camper Scholarships (Financial Assistance Program)
We never want finances to prevent a child from coming to camp and hearing the good news of the gospel. Thanks to generous donors, camper scholarships are available for families who otherwise could not attend.
Please pay what you can. A minimum $100 deposit per camper is required to hold a place.
Priority is given to first-time camper scholarship applicants.
An approved camper scholarship does not hold your camper’s spot—registration and deposit are still required
You may also check with your local church, and you can consider serving at Big Sky (we often need nurses, cooks, and assistant cooks).
How to Apply for a Camper Scholarship
Complete the online camper scholarship form.
We will review your application and respond via email within one week of receiving your application.
The $100 non-refundable deposit is NOT covered by the camper scholarship and is required to reserve your camper's registration.
Note: A camper scholarship application form does not register your child for camp. A completed registration is necessary to guarantee your child a spot at camp.
What Comes Next
After You Register
Plan your payment
The $100 deposit reserves your camper’s spot and is required upon registration. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before the session begins; payment plans are available, and payments can be made online, by phone, or by mailing a check
Get Ready for Camp!
Use the appropriate packing list for your session (Overnight or Winter). Review the dress code and key policies (phones/electronics, prohibited items, and more) so your camper arrives prepared
If you have medical or dietary updates, tell us early
If a medically diagnosed dietary need was missed or changes, contact the office as soon as possible so we can serve your camper safely. If medication needs change, contact the office before you arrive so check-in goes smoothly

Cancellation Information
We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur requiring you to cancel your camper's registration. If your camper is unable to come to their registered session, please notify camp as soon as possible, as we may be able to place a waitlisted camper. The $100 deposit required to reserve your camper's place is non-refundable, but the remainder of your payment will be refunded or credited to your account to be used in your next transaction.
If your camper is unable to come to their registered session but would like to attend a different week of the same summer, please contact the camp office, and we will do our best to find an open session and transfer their registration and payment accordingly.
