Camp Promise began in 1990 as a summer camp for people with special needs. For over 30 years it has been a place to make friends, have new experiences, and learn about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are continuing to look for ways to engage the special needs community throughout the year with Bible Studies, respite programs and opportunities to serve the people around them.
What to Expect From Camp Promise Ministries
During summer camp our aim is to make camp experiences accessible to everyone. This includes the ropes course, lake front activities, archery and so much more. During the year we have respite programs for families in the Flathead Valley, and groups meeting locally and beyond.
At summer camp and through our programs throughout the year, people with special needs will have the opportunity to build lasting friendships with staff and other participants.
It is always our goal to encourage the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of our campers. Spreading the Gospel is foundational to all we do. We offer on line Bible studies, Friday Night Out and Promise Club to engage our campers with the truths of God's word and opportunities to serve.
