The Dining Experience
When Big Sky prepares meals, we deal with the stress and allow you to invest more time and energy into your event. Our certified food service manager and cooks have years of experience cooking for groups both large and small!
Family-Style Service
Meals are served family-style, encouraging interaction and shared experiences around the table. We provide hearty portions to satisfy hungry guests.

We prioritize fresh, quality ingredients to prepare delicious and nutritious meals that feel like home-cooked comfort food. We desire to offer the highest quality food at the lowest possible cost.
Cozy Atmosphere
Meals are served in the Peterson Lake Lodge Dining Room, a warm, rustic environment with large windows overlooking Peterson Lake and the Swan Mountains.

Standard Meal Times
Breakfast: 8:30 AM | Lunch: 12:30 PM | Dinner: 5:30 PM
Group Size
Food service is available for guest groups with a minimum of 20 participants. Because of the high cost of ordering and cooking food, guests must pay for at least 20 people.
Planning Deadlines
Final attendance numbers and allergy information must be submitted two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
Dietary Needs & Allergies
We strive to accommodate severe food allergies and medically necessary diets. Please note:
The kitchen can accommodate gluten and dairy allergies.
All allergies must be communicated in advance.
Accommodations beyond gluten and dairy cannot be guaranteed.
Late submission of dietary information may result in additional charges and an inability to provide adequate meals for your allergy sensitive attendees.
