Staying Connected

A week at camp can feel long—for campers and parents alike. While your child is building friendships, exploring new activities, and growing in their faith, we want you to feel informed, supported, and at ease.

Big Sky Bible Camp provides several ways for you to stay connected during the week, including letters, email communication, care packages, scheduled visits, and emergency phone contact through the camp office. We also share photos on social media so you can catch a glimpse of camp life in action. If questions or concerns arise, our office staff is always available by phone or email, and parents are contacted directly in situations involving health, safety, or significant needs.

Letters

Mail letters to:
Your Camper’s Name
501 McCaffery Rd
Bigfork, MT 59911

Mail is delivered during lunch each day.

Email

Send non-urgent email messages to: [email protected] with your camper’s name in the subject line. Emails are printed and delivered during lunch. Campers don’t email back; replies come via physical mail if they choose to write.

Packages

Have a gift for your camper? Or did your camper forget something important at home? We hope not, but if they did, you can drop a package by the office or mail it to:

Your Camper’s Name
501 McCaffery Rd
Bigfork, MT 59911

If you plan to stop by to drop off a package, please call ahead so we can be ready to greet you!

PS: Camp tradition says that any camper receiving a package gets to sing us a song! But don't worry, no one has to sing alone.

Order a Gift Package from the Camp Store!

The camp store can put together gift packages for your camper. Care packages can be purchased during check-in or ordered by phone or email. Please contact us if you would like to place an order!

Special Circumstances Visitation

In the event you need to see your camper please contact the office. We ask that visits be scheduled in advance and occur between 12 p.m.–4 p.m. Visitors must check in at the camp office and stay at the office location for the duration of the visit. Any visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Calling Your Camper

Although cell phones aren’t allowed, you can call the camp office. The team can pass along a message or arrange a time for your camper to call you (any camper calls are encouraged to take place in the evening after chapel).

Office phone: (406) 837-4864
